Callaway Champions The New York State Pavilion
1 min readThe New York State Pavilion was commissioned for the 1964 World’s Fair in the Queens borough of New York City. The pavilion was recently added to the New York State Register of Historic Places. CSI: New York co-executive producer Trey Callaway described Flushing Meadows, Queens as “a one-of-a-kind place.” The park and the Pavilion, he said, maintain “the interest, attention and adoration of past fair attendants, current park patrons, and distant audiences everywhere – the New York State Pavilion deserves to be preserved for many generation to come.”
