‘Killer En Route’ Official Details, Plus What’s On This Week

NCIS: Los Angeles will re-air “Leipei” from earlier this season tonight at 9:59pm ET/PT. Here’s the episode synopsis (more information here):
When a man is murdered by a small drone, the team discovers his connection to a terrorist group that is planning another local attack. With time running short, Nell must use her drone expertise to try to divert a disaster in Long Beach.
NCIS airs a repeat of “The Searchers” on Tuesday at 8:00pm ET/PT. Here’s the episode description (more information here):
After investigating the murder of a retired Master Sergeant, the NCIS team uncovers a fraudulent charity that preys on those searching for missing military personnel. Meanwhile, Bishop agonizes over the results of her probation evaluation, and Tony contemplates adopting a stray cat that followed him home.

After a stolen Navy-issued gun is found to belong to a Chief Petty Officer who died 40 years ago, the NCIS team reopens the cold case, one that Wade has personally tracked and investigated for years. Also, the team prepares for their annual Thanksgiving dinner together.
Criminal Minds isn’t on the schedule Wednesday. Instead, CBS will air Survivor from 8:00-10:00pm ET/PT.
Following at 10:00pm ET/PT on Wednesday, CSI: Cyber will offer the third new episode, “Killer En Route”. First, check out the episode promo below:

The cyber team investigates when a car service company’s dispatch software is hacked in order to target certain passengers.
Former CSI Co-Executive Producer Richard Lewis directed the episode; he previously helmed 44 episodes of the flagship series, most recently season nine’s “Turn, Turn, Turn”. “Killer En Route” was written by Kate Sargeant Curtis and Thomas Hoppe, based on a story by Producer Matt Whitney and Brandon Guercio. Curtis and Guercio served as story editors on the first two episodes of the season, “Kidnapping 2.0” and “CMND:\Crash”, while Hoppe penned two episodes of the original CSI (“CSI on Fire”, “Keep Calm and Carry-On”). This is Whitney’s first writing credit for the franchise.

This is Angela Trimbur’s first appearance as Daniel Krumitz’s (Charley Koontz) sister Francine. Anne Leighton guest-starred on CSI (“Sqweegel”) and CSI: Miami (“Special Delivery”). Jackson Davis has appeared on CSI (“The Panty Sniffer”) and CSI: New York (“Heart of Glass”). James C. Burns was in the CSI: NY episode “The Deep” during the show’s fourth season. The other actors are new to the franchise.
CSI isn’t on the schedule this week, nor are they airing repeats of any of the aforementioned series on Saturday.
