Watch Clips From Tonight’s ‘CSI’ & ‘Criminal Minds’

CSI: Crime Scene Investigtion airs the season 14 finale tonight, and you can find clips, an interview and live tweet information after the jump. You can also find a sneak peek from this week’s penultimate episode of Criminal Minds, along with tweets and quotes about the two-part finale.

First, here’s a scene from the Criminal Minds episode “Angels”, which is the first half of the two-part finale. The clip features David Rossi (Joe Mantegna) and Alex Blake (Jeanne Tripplehorn). (You can also watch it on CBS.com, CBS Press Express and SpoilerTV.)

Mantegna will chat live today at 2:00pm ET/11:am PT.

Executive Producer Erica Messer spoke to TVLine about “Angels” and next week’s finale. “The last two minutes of [Episode] 23 are going to leave you like, ‘Oh my gosh — what just happened?!’” Messer revealed. “If we left the season like that, people would be freaking out. But they’ll only have to wait a week.”

It will definitely be two of the regular cast members (read: not Cruz). Both victims suffer gunshot wounds in the first half of the two-part finale Wednesday. And while one team member’s wound is only a temporary setback, the other is potentially fatal. The good news: You won’t have to wait all summer to find out his or her fate.

As CSI Files previously reported, tonight’s CSI finale marks the final appearance of Paul Guilfoyle as Captain Jim Brass. Here’s a TV Guide interview with Executive Producer Don McGill about the episode, including this quote about Brass’s exit: “We reached a place, creatively, where it was time to say goodbye to Brass, but that doesn’t mean we won’t want Paul to return in some capacity in the future.”
