Take A Look At Tonight’s ‘CSI’ & ‘Criminal Minds’

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation introduces a potential spinoff tonight, and you can find sneak peeks and an interview link after the jump, along with a clip from the brand new episode of Criminal Minds.

Yesterday, CSI Files posted several clips and behind-the-scenes details for the CSI episode “Kitty”. Here’s another sneak peek, featuring the potential spinoff’s leading lady, FBI Special Agent Avery Ryan (Patricia Arquette), and guest star Chad Michael Collins. (It is originally from TV Line.)

There’s also a clip on E! Online, which features Ryan, DB Russell (Ted Danson), Julie Finlay (Elisabeth Shue) and guest stars Gil Bellows and Torrey DeVitto.

You can find an interview with Arquette and CSI creator (and episode co-writer) Anthony Zuiker on TV Guide. Here’s an excerpt, in which Arquette discusses why she was drawn to the role:

The producers have a clear intention of helping people — in fact, they led our first conversation with that — and it got me very excited. As a mom, I’m constantly worried about how to protect our kids in these crazy times, especially when it comes to the Internet. And we’re all so innocent about cybersecurity. As we learned from Edward Snowden, we have no idea what the hell is really going on. I love the idea of a show that addresses that. We need it!
