Eads: You Got To Keep Reinventing Yourself

George Eads (Nick Stokes) has been on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation since the very beginning, and it isn’t easy to keep a character interesting for 13 years. “You got to keep reinventing yourself,” the actor told the Press Association. “Anybody that’s been in a job for a long time knows sometimes you feel like you’re hammering the same nail, but it’s my job to try to keep it as fresh as I can.”

After more than a decade on the air, creating believable plots for CSI can be difficult as well. Eads said the writing can get “a little goofy” sometimes. “We got to try to keep it real,” he explained. “It’s the truth man, I’m not trying to call them out, but sometimes our writing can be a little fishy.”
