Shue & Guest Star Evert Battle Nerves While Filming ‘CSI’

As CSI Files previously reported, International Tennis Hall of Famer Chris Evert will guest-star in the January 23 installment of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, “Double Fault”. CSI actress Elisabeth Shue (Julie Finlay) plays tennis in real life, and she will show off her skills in the episode. “Except for my first day on CSI, I don’t think I’d ever driven to work nervous before today,” Shue told TV Guide during filming. “It’s because I’m playing tennis with Chris Evert!”

Evert, on the other hand, was more concerned about the acting side of things. “I’m worried about my lines,” she revealed. “I’ve never really acted before, except in the ­movie Wimbledon. I played myself as a ­commentator with John McEnroe.”
