1 min readThe second episode of CSI: New York’s ninth season, “Where There’s Smoke…”, split leadership on Friday, October 5. In the key 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers, Shark Tank won the hour with a 1.7 rating/6 share at 8:00pm. New York was down from the premiere with 1.2/4; X Factor (1.0/4), Voice (0.9/3), and Model (0.5/2) rounded out the hour.
