‘Special Delivery’ Official Details

The franchise offers one original episode this week, which features two victims with an unknown connection. Official plot details and cast list can be found after the jump.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and CSI: New York will be preempted this week. CBS will air two games from the NCAA Basketball Tournament on Thursday and Friday.

CSI: Miami searches for a link in “Special Delivery” on Sunday at 10:00pm ET/PT:

When a delivery truck driver and a housewife on his route are murdered, the CSIs try to find their connection.

Allison Liddi directed four previous episodes of Miami, including “Stoned Cold” several weeks ago. This is the first writing credit for post-production supervisor Michael McGrale.

Christian Clemenson and Christopher Redman are reprising established recurring roles. Alexandra Adi was first seen in the season premiere, “Fallen”. Anne Leighton appeared in the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode “Sqweegel” earlier this season. Anthony Starke guest-starred in two episodes of CSI: “Anatomy of a Lye” during season two and season nine’s “The Grave Shift”. Raymond Cruz was in the Miami episode “Hurricane Anthony” during season two, and he also appeared in the CSI episodes “Play With Fire” and “A Thousand Days on Earth”.
