1 min read

The latest episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, “A Kiss Before Frying”, shared the top spot on Thursday, January 20. The episode pulled in 14.29 million viewers, which is similar to the ratings for the previous episode. These numbers were enough to help the crime drama win the 9:00pm hour. Fox’s relocated Bones was second for the hour with 10.95 million viewers leading out of American Idol. NBC’s combination of The Office (8.28 million) and the season premiere of Parks and Recreation (6.19 million) was third, followed by a repeat of Grey’s Anatomy (4.71 million) and a repeat of Nikita (1.31 million).

In the key 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers, NBC’s combo came in first with a 3.9 rating/10 share from 9:00-10:00pm. Bones took second place with a 3.6/9 for the hour. CSI was down slightly from the previous episode with 3.1/8, and Grey’s (1.6/4) and Nikita (0.5/1) rounded out the hour in fourth and fifth place, respectively.
