The ‘New York’ Finale Takes The Top Spot

CSI: New York‘s season six finale, “Vacation Getaway”, came first in the 10:00pm hour on Wednesday, May 26. The episode pulled in 11.90 million viewers and a 2.7 rating/8 share in the key 18-49 demographic, which represent the show’s highest ratings since March 3. Overall, the series has experienced a marked decrease in viewers this season. New York will move to Fridays at 9:00pm ET/PT starting in the fall.

ABC aired the movie Transformers from 8:00-11:00pm with an average of 4.81 million viewers and a 1.8/5 in the demo, and NBC aired a repeat of Law & Order: SVU against CSI: NY, which pulled in 3.86 million viewers and 1.1/4.
