“Pay to Play” marks the first appearance of Mary Stuart Masterson in a recurring role. According to TV Line, Masterson’s character is “a witty, savvy and seasoned congresswoman who doesn’t mince words and gets things done her way.” She’ll form a bond with Vance during the team’s investigation.
