‘CSI’ Wins International TV Award
2 min readAs CSI Files previously reported, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation was nominated in the “Drama TV Series” category of the 11th International TV Audience Awards, as part of the 56th Monte-Carlo Television Festival. The awards ceremony took place today, and CSI took home the Golden Nymph over fellow nominees Criminal Minds and The Flash. The International TV Audience Award recognizes the series with the highest number of viewers worldwide in 2015, from a total of 62 countries. (Update: According to an official press release, CSI gathered 44.6 million viewers worldwide in 2015.) This marks the sixth time CSI has taken home the honour, with its most recent previous win in 2012.
