‘hack E.R.’ Official Details, Plus What’s On This Week

NCIS: Los Angeles will not air tonight. Instead, CBS is offering a 90-minute episode of Scorpion from 9:30-11:00pm ET/PT, following the series premiere of Supergirl at 8:30pm ET/PT. NCIS: LA will be back with a new episode next week.
NCIS will air “Viral” on Tuesday at 8:00pm ET/PT. Here’s the episode description (more information here):

The fifth episode of CSI: Cyber’s second season airs on Sunday at 10:00pm ET/PT. First, check out the promo for “hack E.R.” below:

When a hacker takes control of all networked medical devices at a hospital in Dallas and threatens to kill one patient every hour if his demands are not met, the Cyber team must find the source and figure out how they accessed an airtight security system.
Eriq La Salle directed the episode, which marks his second credit for Cyber; he previously helmed “Crowd Sourced” during season one. “hack E.R.” was written by Executive Story Editor Brandon Guercio, who also penned last season’s “L0m1s” and earned a story credit for “Killer En Route”.

Marcus Giamatti has been on CSI (“Lover’s Lanes”) and Miami (“Blood Lust”). Jessica Tuck previously guest-starred on CSI, in season six’s “The Unusual Suspect”. Nathan Pelle appeared in the Miami episode “No Good Deed” during the show’s tenth season, and Andrew Lukich was in season nine’s “Blood Sugar”. The other actors are new to the franchise.
