‘CSI’ Takes Two Weeks Off, Returns January 25

As CSI Files previously reported, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation will not air this Sunday, January 11. Instead, CBS has pushed the entire primetime lineup back an hour, putting a new episode of The Good Wife at 10:00pm ET/PT. CSI will also not be on the schedule next Sunday, January 18. CBS will air a new episode of the freshman drama Scorpion in the 10:00pm ET/PT timeslot following NFL’s AFC Championship game.

The next new episode of CSI, “Merchants of Menace”, is scheduled for January 25. According to the latest press release, the episode will air in its usual 10:00pm ET/PT timeslot; however, the official schedule on CBS Press Express indicates that CSI will air back-to-back episodes that night from 9:00-11:00pm ET/PT. (We’ll post a clarification when more information is available.)
