The eighth episode of NCIS’s twelfth season, “Semper Fortis”, pulled in 17.89 million viewers at 8:00pm (raised to 18.10 million when the final ratings were tallied), earning a 2.6 rating/8 share in the key 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers.
