TV Guide posted an interview relating to the season eleven finale, “Honor Thy Father”, featuring Executive Producer Gary Glasberg, episode co-writer Gina Lucita Monreal, and Mark Harmon (Leroy Jethro Gibbs). The finale pays tribute to the late Ralph Waite (Jackson Gibbs). “It goes out on an emotional note,” Glasberg said. “Season 11 has been anything but traditional, and what appealed to me was the idea of closing it properly, on solid ground, and not feeling like we were dangling carrots and playing games in any way.”
There’s more in the print issue of TV Guide—here’s a tweet showing Harmon on the cover:

Before the emotional finale, NCIS will send Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly) to Paris during the penultimate episode. His goal is to escort an Admiral’s daughter back to the USA, but Glasberg revealed that things “get complicated” after Tony comes across a crime scene. You can find promotional photos from the episode on TV Line.
