‘Skin In The Game’ Official Details

The finale of CSI’s thirteenth season finds the team searching for a serial killer, and at least one member of the CSI family ends up in danger. Official plot details and cast list can be found after the jump.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation airs the season 13 finale, “Skin in the Game”, on Wednesday at 10:00pm ET/PT:

As Russell and his team investigate a series of murders, one of their own confronts peril on a dangerous undercover mission to get close to the killer.

Producer Alec Smight has directed 32 previous episodes of CSI, most recently “Dead of the Class” from earlier this year. Co-Producer Christopher Barbour and Executive Producer Don McGill co-wrote “Skin in the Game” based on a story by Barbour. Barbour has 13 previous writing credits, including this season’s “Strip Maul”; McGill has written six episodes of the crime drama, most recently the season 13 premiere, “Karma to Burn”. (As an interesting note, McGill and Barbour co-wrote “Karma to Burn” based on a story by Barbour, and Smight also directed that episode.)

Marc Vann reprises his role as Conrad Ecklie. Teal Redmann returns as Jim Brass’ (Paul Guilfoyle) daughter Ellie, who was last seen in the season six finale, “Way to Go”. Tangie Ambrose is back as Miss Kitty, who previously appeared in Marg Helgenberger’s (Catherine Willows) final episode, “Willows in the Wind”. Annabella Sciorra and Tim Matheson are making their first appearances on the show, but they will both reprise their roles for the season 14 premiere in the fall. Black Sabbath members Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler are playing themselves in the finale, along with drummer Tommy Clufetos. Eric Roberts was in the CSI: Miami episode “Whacked” during the show’s third season, and Luke Kleintank appeared in “Long Gone” during season ten. The other actors are new to the franchise.
