‘Wild Flowers’ & ‘Unspoken’ Official Details

The franchise offers two new episodes this week, featuring a deadly rave and an injured CSI. Official plot details and cast lists can be found after the jump.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation investigates a party gone wrong in “Wild Flowers” on Wednesday at 10:00pm ET/PT:

When a girl is shot and killed at a large rave in the desert, the CSI team has to search for clues, find her missing friend and bring the killer to justice.

Co-Producer Brad Tanenbaum has 14 previous directing credits for CSI, most recently season twelve’s “Split Decisions”. This is the fourth writing credit for Supervising Producer Joe Pokaski; his latest episode was last season’s “Malice in Wonderland”.

The episode will feature the following actors and actresses in guest-starring roles:

Enrique Murciano is back as Detective Carlos Moreno. Larry Hankin guest-starred in the season eight episode “Dead Doll”. Michael Irby has previously appeared on CSI: Miami (“Breathless”) and CSI: New York (“Night, Mother”, “Exit Strategy”). Dana Davis was in “Deviant” during the fourth season of Miami, and Jesse Garcia guest-starred in season six’s “Permanent Vacation”. The other actors are new to the franchise.

On Friday, CSI: New York is back in the 9:00pm ET/PT timeslot with “Unspoken”:

The CSIs race to catch a shooter when Lindsay is injured during the attempted murder of a political candidate, and the events in the aftermath lead to a child’s death.

Director Duane Clark has helmed nine previous episodes of the crime drama, most recently “Crushed” from last season. Executive Producer Pam Veasey has 37 writing credits for CSI: NY, including the season eight finale, “Near Death”.

“Unspoken” will include the following guest stars:

Brooklyn Silzer makes her first appearance as Lucy Messer, the daughter of married CSIs Danny and Lindsay Messer. Jeff Hephner previously guest-starred in Miami (“Bang, Bang, Your Debt”) and CSI (“Death and the Maiden”). The other actors are new to the franchise.

“Wild Flowers” and “Unspoken” begin airing October 17 on CBS.
