Arye Gross Visits ‘CSI’

Arye Gross, who has been appearing on ABC’s Castle as medical examiner Sidney Perlmutter, will appear in this season’s second episode titled “Code Blue Plate Special.” Gross’ character is involved in a case taking place at Frank’s Diner, an establishment featured in numerous episodes of the series, including “Rashomama” and “Law of Gravity.” Eight people are killed during a horrific massacre and the CSI team must find the perpetrator. In-house director Louis Milito is directing the episode from a script by Andrew Dettmann.
This isn’t the first time Gross has appeared on CSI; he guest-starred in Season Four’s “Feeling the Heat” as a father whose baby was found dead in a car. He also appeared on CSI: NY in the episode “Admissions.” “Code Blue Plate Special” is scheduled to air October 3.
