Rick Eid & Andrew Dettmann Join ‘CSI’
1 min readCSI: Crime Scene Investigation is recruiting some new writers for the show’s upcoming thirteenth season. Andrew Dettmann and Rick Eid have been tapped for producing and writing roles. Dettmann’s credits include Body of Proof, Chase, and Numb3rs (which CSI Executive Producer and Co-Showrunner Don McGill previously served on), while Eid’s resume features credits such as Dark Blue, Law & Order, and The Guardian.
In addition, Consulting Producer Dustin Lee Abraham will not be on staff when the series returns this September. The writers returned to work on June 4 and are currently writing the season premiere.

I know this is such a late reply; but I just found this page. Sad to say Mr. Dettmann almost single-handedly drove a huge chunk of CSI/GSR fans away for his unforgivable FMN script. Did he have any idea what GSR was about back in S13 when he was assigned to do the writing task?
