‘CSI:NY’ Wins The Hour With Slightly Higher Ratings

This put the crime drama ahead of the first hour of Dateline (5.32 million), ABC’s combination of Modern Family (3.69 million) and Suburgatory (3.14 million) repeats, Fringe (3.14 million) and Supernatural (1.62 million). In the key 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers, New York earned a 1.7 rating/5 share for the hour, which put it in first place ahead of Dateline (1.3/4), the 1.2/4 earned by Fringe and ABC’s comedy repeats, and Supernatural (0.7/2).
