‘CSI’ Ratings Drop Slightly Against The World Series

The latest episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, “CSI Down”, came in second place on Wednesday, October 19. The episode pulled in 10.64 million viewers, which was down from last week and put the crime drama behind Game 1 of the World Series on Fox (12.88 million from 10:00-11:00pm). Rounding out the hour were Revenge (7.94 million) and Law & Order: SVU (7.58 million). In the key 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers, the 10:00pm hour of Game 1 earned a 4.2 rating/11 share. CSI was second with 2.6/7, followed by Revenge (2.5/7) and SVU (2.1/5).
