‘CSI’ Wins The Hour, But Ratings Dip In Week 2
1 min readThe second episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation’s twelfth season took the top spot on Wednesday, September 28. “Tell Tale Hearts” pulled in 11.65 million viewers, which was down nearly a million from the season premiere last week. However, this was still enough to beat competitors Revenge (8.55 million) and Law & Order: SVU (7.14 million). In the key 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers, CSI earned the same score as the premiere: a 3.1 rating/8 share. This put it ahead of Revenge (2.8/7) and SVU (2.0/5).
