Check Out La Rue & Miller’s PSA For National Guide Dog Month

As CSI Files previously reported, CSI: Miami actors Eva La Rue (Natalia Boa Vista) and Omar Miller (Walter Simmons) teamed up with Natural Balance Pet Foods to film a public service announcement (PSA) for National Guide Dog Month in September. Miller and La Rue are hoping to raise money and awareness for guide dog organizations, but that’s not all.

“We want people to realize that this is more than just a fundraiser for a good cause,” Miller said. “This is really about empowering the visually impaired with the life-changing gift of a guide dog.” La Rue added, “Every seven minutes someone in America becomes blind or visually impaired. Guide dogs are heroes, providing safe mobility, loving companionship and restoring confidence to their handlers.”
