Check Out A Recap Of ‘CSI”s Season 11 Finale & A Synopsis Of The Season 12 Premiere

1 min read

CBS has released a recap for the eleventh season of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and you can check out a synopsis for the season 12 premiere. (Spoilers after the jump!)

When season eleven drew to a close at the end of “In A Dark, Dark House”, Dr Ray Langston’s (Laurence Fishburne) future remained uncertain after the death of serial killer Nate Haskell (Bill Irwin). As CSI Files previously reported, Fishburne will not return to CSI for season 12, and the show is bringing in Ted Danson as newcomer DB Russell. Here’s a recap for the end of season 11:

Dr Langston confessed to killing the notorious Dick & Jane serial killer, Nate Haskell. This season, a new Supervisor for the graveyard shift begins (Ted Danson).

The network has also released an episode description for the twelfth season premiere, “73 Seconds”:

Multiple shootings and stabbings on a public tram leave the CSI team with one witness and a lot of questions. Ted Danson makes his series debut as new CSI Supervisor DB Russell. Elisabeth Harnois returns as series regular Morgan Brody.

Harnois was first seen in “Cello and Goodbye”, where it was revealed that she was the estranged daughter of Undersheriff Conrad Ecklie (Marc Vann). “73 Seconds” will air in CSI’s new timeslot on Wednesday, September 21 at 10:00pm ET/PT following the seventh season premiere of Criminal Minds.

  1. Does Doc Ray really confess because if he did Catherine and Brass would be on the firing line for their actions. In my mind the only way Ray could confess and those two keep their jobs would be if he (Ray) covered up their complicity.

  2. @ALS They are being demoted thats why Ted Danson is joining! I dont know whats happening Brass, but i have read he is being demoted
