Sinise Forms Foundation To Support The US Military

Gary Sinise (CSI: New York’s Mac Taylor) will take part in a National Press Club luncheon address on Thursday, June 30 to announce the establishment of The Gary Sinise Foundation. (Details and mission statement can be found after the jump!)
The foundation is dedicated to “Serving Honor and Need”, and you can read the mission statement below:
At the Gary Sinise Foundation, we serve our nation by honoring our defenders, veterans, first responders, their families and those in need.
We do this by supporting unique programs designed to entertain, educate, inspire, strengthen and build communities.
In addition to supporting such programmes, the Gary Sinise Foundation also aims to raise money for charities that support the men and women in the United States military.
Sinise’s NPC address will begin at 1:00pm ET on June 30, and it will be followed by a question-and-answer session. You can watch the luncheon live on press.org.
