‘CSI’ Features A Special Delivery

This week’s episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, “Unleashed”, gives coroner Dr Al Robbins (Robert David Hall) the chance to save someone who is very much alive. (Minor spoilers after the jump!)

A young woman commits suicide in “Unleashed”, and Dr Robbins must work fast to save her unborn child. “After all these years of dealing with death, I actually got to deliver a baby,” Hall told Hollywood Exclusive. He added, “It’s based on something that really happened with Daniel Holstein, a pathologist who is an adviser and sometimes writer on the show. There was a situation just like this in Los Angeles.”
