‘The List’, ‘Do Or Die’ & ‘Hunting Ground’ Official Details

The franchise offers three new episodes this week, including a dead ex-cop, murder at a prep school and killers hunting human prey. (Official plot details and cast lists can be found after the jump.)

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation looks into the death of a police officer in “The List” on Thursday at 9:00pm ET/PT:

While investigating the murder of a convicted ex-cop, the CSIs stumble upon a list in his prison cell with names of several individuals he believed might have been his wife’s true killer.

Louis Milito directed five previous episodes, including “Cold Blooded” from earlier this season. Richard Catalani has 20 writing credits for CSI, most recently last season’s “The Panty Sniffer”.

Marc Vann and Alex Carter are reprising established recurring roles. Rey Gallegos previously appeared on CSI: Miami (“Shootout”), CSI: New York (“Necrophilia Americana”) and CSI (“Mascara”). Bryan Friday also guest-starred on all three series: “She’s Not There” for CSI: NY, “In the Wind” for Miami and “Blood Lust” for CSI. Melinda Page Hamilton has been on Miami (“Slow Burn”) and New York (“Bad Beat”). Hector Atreyu Ruiz also appeared on Miami (“Nothing to Lose”) and CSI: NY (“Oedipus Hex”). Dina Meyer was in CSI (“Swap Meet”) and Miami (“Deep Freeze”). Max Martini has also logged previous appearances on CSI (“Play With Fire”) and three episodes of Miami (most recently “Vengeance”). Luis Jose Lopez guest-starred in the CSI: NY episode “No Good Deed” during the show’s fifth season, and Chris Ellis was in the season two episode “Dancing With the Fishes”.

On Friday, the CSI: New York team goes back to school at 9:00pm ET/PT in “Do or Die”:

When a popular student and star pupil at Manhattan’s most elite private school is murdered, the CSIs find themselves immersed in the highly competitive world of over-privileged youth.

This is the sixth time Matt Earl Beesley has directed an episode of CSI: NY. His most recent credit is for season six’s “The Formula”. This is the first writing credit for Matthew Levine.

Austin Butler guest-starred in the Miami episode “Happy Birthday” earlier this season.

CSI: Miami takes a trip to the “Hunting Ground” on Sunday at 10:00pm ET/PT, and people are the target:

The CSIs uncover an exclusive hunting club where the prey is human.
