‘CSI:NY’ Shares The Top Spot At 10:00PM

Temporarily airing in the 10:00pm timeslot, “Party Down” pulled in 9.34 million viewers, which was down slightly from the previous episode. Despite the dip in viewers, these numbers were enough to put New York ahead of the second hour of Dateline (9.25 million) and A Barbara Walters Special: A Matter of Life and Death (6.20 million). In the key 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers, Dateline took the top spot with a 2.2 rating/7 share. CSI: NY followed with 1.9/6 (up slightly from the previous episode), and Life and Death came in third with 1.1/3.
