‘CSI’ Takes First In Viewers, Third In The Demo
1 min readThe latest episode of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, “Targets of Obsession”, shared the top spot on Thursday, February 17. The series pulled in 13.27 million viewers, which was up from last week, and it was enough to take first place for the hour. Grey’s Anatomy came in second with 10.20 million viewers, followed by Bones (9.95 million), NBC’s combination of The Office (6.41 million) and Parks and Recreation (4.39 million), and Nikita (2.14 million). Despite the appearance of teen sensation Justin Bieber, CSI came in third for the hour in the 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers with a 2.9 rating/8 share—which was still up slightly from the previous episode. Grey’s was first at 9:00pm with 3.7/10, followed by Bones in second with 3.3/9. NBC came in fourth place with an average of 2.8/8, and Nikita was fifth with 0.8/2.
