‘Sqweegel’ Comes To ‘CSI’

Last year, CSI creator Anthony Zuiker published his first digi-novel, Level 26: Dark Origins. This year, Zuiker is bringing one of his twisted Level 26 characters to the show that made him famous. (Potential spoilers after the jump!)

As CSI Files previously reported, Zuiker has returned to CSI as a writer for the beginning of season eleven. Fans of Level 26 will get a treat in the fourth episode of the season. Zuiker posted on Twitter that black Sqweegel, a character introduced in Dark Origins, would appear in the episode of CSI airing October 14.

The episode, which will be called “Sqweegel”, coincides with the release date of Zuiker’s second digi-novel, Dark Prophecy: A Level 26 Thriller. Zuiker previously explained that Dark Prophecy centers around a tarot card killer. Black Sqweegel won’t be dealt with in the second Level 26 novel, but fans of the book series can catch a glimpse of the monster by tuning in to CSI.
