CBS Announces Season Premiere Dates
1 min readCSI Files previously reported that CSI: New York would premiere on Friday, September 24. CBS has now announced the full fall premiere schedule.
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation will be the first member of the franchise to air its season premiere. The eleventh season of CSI will begin in its usual timeslot on Thursday, September 23 at 9:00pm ET/PT. CSI: NY will launch season seven in its new Friday night timeslot on September 24 at 9:00pm ET/PT. The season nine premiere of CSI: Miami will air over a week after the other CSI series. Like New York, fall brings a new night and time for the Florida spinoff. Horatio and his team will return on Sunday, October 3 at 10:00pm ET/PT.
The series premiere of former CSI: NY executive producer Peter Lenkov‘s new series Hawaii Five-0 will air on Monday, September 20 at 10:00pm ET/PT. Carol Mendelsohn‘s new legal drama The Defenders debuts on Wednesday, September 22 at 10:00pm ET/PT. As CSI Files previously reported, Mendelsohn will do double-duty this season, serving as executive producer for Defenders while continuing to act as executive producer and showrunner for CSI.
