‘CSI’ Tops Viewers, Takes Third In The Demo
1 min readThe first part of the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation season finale, “Doctor Who”, got mixed ratings on Thursday, May 13. The episode pulled in 13.28 million viewers to win the top spot, but it was third in the key 18-49 demographic prized by advertisers with a 2.9 rating/8 share. Grey’s Anatomy was second in total viewers with 10.90 million people tuning in, and it earned a first place 3.8/11 in the demo. Fringe was third in viewers with 6.02 million, but it took fourth among adults 18-49 with 2.3/6. NBC’s combination of The Office (6.57 million, 3.4/10) and 30 Rock (5.00 million, 2.5/7) averaged out to a fourth place finish in viewers and second in the demo. The season finale of Supernatural was fifth in both categories with 2.80 million and 1.3/4.
