Kanakaredes Offers Insight Into A Killer Comeback

CSI: New York‘s leading lady Melina Kanakaredes (Stella Bonasera) shares some information about the return of a serial killer. (Spoilers after the jump!)

Shane Casey (Edward Furlong) was captured in the season three episode “Raising Shane”—but putting the killer behind bars could not stop him. When Danny Messer (Carmine Giovinazzo) recovered his stolen dog tags in “Flag on the Play”, he found Casey’s fingerprints all over them. And as CSI Files previously reported, the serial killer’s comeback will coincide with the finale of New York‘s sixth season.

Kanakaredes described the story surrounding Casey’s return as “interesting”. She continued, “I don’t want to give away too much, but they tie it into a story point that’s been on the show all season long. It melds in really perfectly.”
