Harper To Host ‘Image Awards’

CSI: New York‘s Hill Harper (Dr Sheldon Hawkes) will host the 41st NAACP Image Awards with Anika Noni Rose (The Princess and the Frog) on Friday, February 26. As CSI Files previously reported, Harper is also nominated this year. Fellow franchise actors Laurence Fishburne (CSI: Crime Scene Investigation‘s Dr Raymond Langston) and Adam Rodriguez (CSI: Miami‘s Eric Delko) received Image Award nominations, along with CSI director Paris Barclay, and Rodriguez is scheduled to appear at the award show.

“Anika Noni Rose and Hill Harper are a part of a new generation of Hollywood that embodies the spirit of the Image Awards,” said NAACP Hollywood Bureau Executive Director Vicangelo Bulluck. “Their talent and success is inspiring and adds a sophisticated glamour to the evening.” The awards will be broadcast live on the Fox network.
