La Rue: We’re Already Planning

CSI: Miami‘s Eva La Rue (Natalia Boa Vista) received a beautiful engagement ring from former ex-fiancé Joe Cappuccio, and they hope to get married soon.

CSI Files previously reported that La Rue and Cappuccio got engaged during a vacation to Bora Bora last week. The actress showed off the ring at the 21st Annual Palm Springs Film Festival in Palm Springs, California on Tuesday. It has a four carat cushion cut diamond center stone with small pink side stones and a diamond studded band. “It was a table for two on the beach by the water,” La Rue said of the proposal. “[W]e had a private dinner and the next day we went swimming with sharks.”

The actress was not surprised by the proposal. “I knew he was going to do it, I just didn’t know when he was going to do it,” she explained. Now that Cappuccio has popped the question again, the pair is not wasting any time getting ready for the wedding. “We’re already planning,” La Rue said, adding that they would probably get married “in the next six months.”

The actress recently received a free trip to Thailand, which she and Cappuccio may use for their wedding or honeymoon. “We’re sort of thinking about both,” she said. Either way, the pair plans to have a “destination wedding for sure,” La Rue added.
