‘New York’ Comes In Second Behind CMAs
1 min readThe second episode of the three-series crossover, CSI: New York‘s “Hammer Down”, was up slightly in the ratings from the crossover’s first episode. The ratings were also a marked increase from the last episode of New York. Despite the increase, the episode took second place behind the 43rd Annual CMA Awards. The awards pulled in 15.85 million viewers during the 10:00pm hour, and it earned a 5.0 rating/13 share in the key 18-49 demographic for that time period. CSI: NY had 13.92 million viewers and 3.7/10. NBC’s The Jay Leno Show was third for the hour with 4.59 million viewers and 1.4/ 4.
