CSI star William Petersen takes the stage beginning tonight in the Trinity Repertory Company’s staging of “A Dublin Carol” by Conor McPherson. According to a Trinity representative, the five-week run is mostly sold out with only a few seats available for limited performances.
The production, directed by Steppenwolf Theater Company’s Amy Mortsen, runs from November 30 to January 7. There are three cast members. Petersen is joined by Trinity Repertory Company member Rachel Warren and Brown University/Trinity Consortium student Daniel Mefford.
The play, set in Dublin, takes place on Christmas Eve, when a man’s daughter brings him news about her mother that offers him an unexpected chance at redemption.
Each performance is followed by a 20 minute talkback session moderated by a staff member.
