- CSI: Crime Scene Investigation's second season is mentioned as a "top selling" television DVD set in an article at the LA Daily News. Paramount Home Entertainment's Martin Blythe said the September release date was no coincidence. "Season Two comes out Sept. 2 and we are very excited about being able to time the release for when the newest season begins." The set can currently be pre-ordered from Amazon.com.
- Stand-up comic Bob Goldthwait, who played Michael Borland in "Last Laugh", recently spoke to the Honolulu Star-Bulletin about his role on CSI. "It was a nice big part, and I actually had a chance to do something a little different than what people see me doing," he said. "That was cool."
- The mobster film Wannabe, originally adapted by CSI creator Anthony Zuiker from a magazine article, is to be rewritten by Eric Eason for Intermedia Films. Further details are available at Coming Soon!
- Eric Nenninger, who appeared as Jesse in "Blood Drops", can be seen in the new horror film, Jeepers Creepers 2. An interview with Nenninger and the other cast members is up at the Beacon Journal.
- CSI composer John Keane talks about the use of Logic software to create the show's music in an interview with Emagic. "Each episode of CSI presents new challenges," he said.
