'CSI' Rerun Comes Out On Top On Thanksgiving

Even a national holiday couldn't prevent CSI from snagging the top spot Thursday evening.

A rerun of last season's episode "Fight Night" scored a 10.0 rating/19 share, according to Zap2It. This means that 10% of households with television sets had them tuned into CSI, while 19% of households watching TV during that hour were viewing the episode.

CSI's strong showing, as well as that of its lead in, Cold Case which earned a 7.4/15, and its lead out, Without a Trace which scored 8.3/16, allowed CBS to win the evening with a score of 8.6/17 overall. Each CBS show won its respective timeslot last night.

NBC put a rerun of Friends opposite CSI, and it scored a 6.5/13 to come in second place for the hour. FOX took third place with the second half of the Eddie Murphy movie Dr. Dolittle, which earned a rating average of 3.5/7 for the two hours it aired.

Following CBS, NBC came in second overall for the evening, earning a 5.7/11. FOX came in third with a 3.5/7, followed by ABC with a 3.3/6.
