- The New York Post has the first picture of George Eads (Nick Stokes) as Evel Knievel, the daredevil stuntman who rose to fame in the 1970s. The biopic is set to air July 30th on TNT.
- Newsday.com has an article about the onslaught of recent successful television shows set in Vegas. The article notes that CSI: Crime Scene Investigation was the show that started the trend. The article includes a quote from executive producer Carol Mendelsohn, who notes that Vegas "has become more and more a character on CSI."
- After David Caruso's (Horatio Caine) performance was panned in the New Jersey Star-Ledger, reader Todd Slater wrote in to note that Caruso's (as well as CSI star William Petersen) over-the-top performance and one-liners were essential to the slick atmosphere of the show. "[Caruso's performance] brings to the show an element of subtle campiness that, at least for me, is what makes it so enjoyable," Slater wrote.
- Gary Sinise's Lt. Dan Band Website has photos up from their June 20th appearance at Joe's Bar in Chicago.
- William Petersen was interviewed by The Chicago Tribune for an article entitled "Does Baseball Still Matter?" In the article, Petersen talks about his life-long loyalty to the Chicago Cubs.
