'Dead On Arrival', 'Yahrzeit' & 'The Gone Dead Train' Official Details

With sweeps underway, the franchise offers three new episodes.
CSI: Miami gets into the reality game Monday at 10:00pm ET/PT with "Dead on Arrival":
- When a reality star is murdered, the CSIs delve into the scandalous, sexy world of a TV dating show.
This is the seventh time Gina Lamar has directed an episode of Miami. Her most recent credit is for "The DeLuca Motel". Corey Miller has penned 21 previous episodes of the show, including "Presumed Guilty".
The following guest stars will appear in "Dead on Arrival":

- Tiffany Brouwer as Cocktail Waitress
Boti Bliss and Christopher Redman are reprising established recurring roles. Mike Pniewski has guest-starred on Miami before, in "Stalkerazzi", as well as the CSI: New York episode "A Man a Mile". Diedrich Bader appeared in the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode "Two and a Half Deaths", Adrianne Palicki was in "Formalities" and Joy Leslie appeared in "4x4". Kelly Overton was in the New York episode "Wasted", and Austin Highsmith appeared in "Dancing With the Fishes".
On Wednesday at 10:00pm ET/PT, CSI: New York delves into the past in "Yahrzeit":
- The most exclusive jewelry auction of the year ends abruptly when an appraiser is killed during the event. The investigation takes an emotional turn when the CSIs must confront one of the greatest tragedies in human history - the Holocaust.
Norberto Barba has directed five episodes of New York, most recently "All Access" during season two. Executive producer Peter Lenkov co-wrote "Yahrzeit" with Barbie Kligman. Lenkov has 16 writing credits for the show, including "Point of No Return" from earlier this season. This is the fourth time Kligman has written for the series. Her most recent credit is for "The Party's Over".

Legendary actor Edward Asner guest-stars as clockmaker Abraham Klein. Matt McTighe appeared in "Green Piece" earlier this season. The other actors are new to the franchise.
Thursday finds the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation team dealing with a mystery in "The Gone Dead Train" at 9:00pm ET/PT:
- An unexplained illness that is affecting random citizens of Las Vegas baffles the CSIs.
Alec Smight has directed eight previous episodes, including "No Way Out" earlier this season. This is the ninth time Jacqueline Hoyt has penned an episode of CSI. Her most recent credit is for "Miscarriage of Justice".

Alex Carter is reprising his role as Detective Vartann. Real life medic Jeffrey D Stevens has appeared in four episodes of CSI, including "The Descent of Man". Danielle Nicolet was in the season two episode "Chaos Theory". Michele Greene appeared in "Blood Lust" during season three. Rey Valentin was in the CSI: NY episode "A Daze of Wine and Roaches".
"Dead on Arrival", "Yahrzeit" and "The Gone Dead Train" begin airing April 27 on CBS.
