Ratings Round-Up

The franchise continues to be strong competition.
CSI: Miami earned the top spot on Monday with 13.25 million viewers and a 3.8 rating/10 share in the 18-49 demographic. Boston Legal had 8.96 million viewers, earning the second place spot, and My Own Worst Enemy had 5.72 million. In 18-49, Enemy had 2.5/6, which was enough to beat Boston's 2.4/6. Year-to-year, Miami lost 2.34 million viewers and 21% in the key demo compared to October 22, 2007.
On Wednesday, CSI: New York had the highest viewer numbers with 14.24 million, but it came in second in the 18-49 demo with 3.9/10 due to the World Series airing on Fox. Game One had an average of 13.82 million viewers from 10:00-11:00pm and 4.6/12 in 18-49. Dirty Sexy Money came in third with 5.86 million viewers and 2.0/5, and Lipstick Jungle wound up in last place in the 10:00pm hour with 4.19 million and 1.6/4.
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation came out on top Thursday with 19.17 million viewers and a score of 5.4/13 in the key demographic. Grey's Anatomy came in second with 14.21 million and 5.3/13. NBC and Fox shared third and fourth place. Game Two of the World Series had an average of 11.64 million viewers, earning it third place in overall viewers, while a combination of The Office (7.74 million) and SNL Weekend Update (8.55 million) earned fourth. In the 18-49 demo, NBC came in third with 4.0/10 for The Office and 3.9/9 for SNL, while Game Two had a fourth-place 3.6/8 for the hour. CSI's new lead-out, Eleventh Hour, won the 10:00pm hour with 12.16 million viewers, but it had third place in the 18-49 demo with 3.1/8 behind Game Two (4.0/11) and ER (3.2/8).
