Second Half Of 'CSI''s Third Season Hits UK Shelves In July

On July 5th, the Region 2 sets of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation's third season's second half will hit shelves in the UK.

According to The R2 Project, the set will be released as a 3 disc digipack. The set will start with the 13th episode of the third season, "Random Acts of Violence" and finish with the season finale, "Inside the Box".

The set will include several extras, including commentaries on "Random Acts of Violence" and the extended episode "Lady Heather's Box". The set also includes two featurettes, "The CSI Shot: Making It Real" and "The Writer's Room Featurette." Additionally, the set also features a "Crime Scene Field Kit."

The third season of CSI featured personal challenges for many of the regular characters. Catherine is shaken when her daughter almost drowns and her ex-husband disappears in "Lady Heather's Box," while Sara's boyfriend, a paramedic, is wounded in "Crash & Burn". Grissom must face his deteriorating hearing in the season finale, "Inside the Box."
