The President speaks, and the franchise offers three repeats.

On Monday, CSI: Miami will not air as CBS presents the State of the Union Address from 9:00pm-10:30pm EST.

CSI: New York is the only member of the franchise with any remaining new episodes to air. However, CSI: NY is saving the final new episode and will re-air the season four premiere on Wednesday at 10:00pm EST. "Can You Hear Me Now?" found the team investigating a murder that took place on the Statue of Liberty. They were led to a vigilante killer who had his sights set on a famous musician. Meanwhile, Mac returned from London without Peyton--and with a mystery forming around him as he began to receive phone calls at 3:33 in the morning.

After a special airing of New York's "Some Buried Bones" at 8:00pm EST on Thursday, CBS will air a repeat of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation at 9:00pm EST: "Cockroaches", the ninth episode of the current season. The team looked into a death that was related to the mob, and Warrick had to face up to his drug use when he became a suspect in the episode directed by William Friedkin.

"Can You Hear Me Now?", "Some Buried Bones" and "Cockroaches" begin airing January 30 on CBS.
