  • CSI: Crime Scene Investigations's episode "Grissom v. Volcano" was nominated for a Cinema Audio Society award for outstanding achievement for sound mixing in television. The episode faces competition from episodes of 24, Alias, NYPD Blue and Six Feet Under.

  • Elyse reports at her web site that George Eads (Nick Stokes) will be appearing on Regis and Kelly Live on Wednesday, January 28th.

  • NBC will repeat the episode of Late Night with Conan O'Brien that features Marg Helgenberger (Catherine Willows) on January 28th at 12:35pm Eastern time according to Elyse.

  • Elyse reports that starting in the fall, Spike TV will run episodes of CSI five times a week at 11pm Eastern time.

  • At her Miami site, Elyse mentioned that CSI: Miami had been sold into syndication to A&E. The show will begin airing once a week on A&E in fall of this year, and go to 5 times a week in Fall 2006.

  • The Las Vegas Review-Journal announced that CSI creator Anthony Zuiker received the Silver Nitrate Award for "an individual or company that has notably contributed to the quality, visibility and/or success of filmmaking in Nevada."

  • Yahoo.com has pictures up from the Golden Globe awards which feature CSI cast members on the red carpet. Elyse has direct links to these at her web site.
