'Innocent' Finishes First

The final episode of CSI: Miami's second season brought in 20.89 million viewers, the most any show drew last night.
According to Mediaweek's Programming Insider, "Innocent" earned a 15.5 rating/24 share. This means that 15.5% of households were watching CSI: Miami last night at 10pm, while 24% of all households watching television at the time were viewing the episode. Miami scored big in the crucial adults 18-49 category, earning an 8.1/21. "Innocent" even improved upon the ratings of last week's episode, "MIA/NYC--NonStop", which also won its evening with a rating of 14.5/23 (story).
Led by Miami, CBS's Monday line up continued to dominate, with the four comedies preceding Miami winning their time slots. 8:00 p.m. Yes, Dear and Still Standing pulled in 6.9/11 and 7.9/12 respectively during the 8-9pm hour. Everybody Loves Raymond, which will enter its final season in the fall drew 18.25 million viewers and scored a 12.2/17. Two and a Half Men actually managed to out-perform its popular lead-in by a small margin, drawing 18.30 million viewers and earning a 12.3/17.
CBS won the night by a landslide, with an average of 11.7/17 in the overnights. The Eye network also managed to draw an average of 16.95 million viewers, well ahead of second place Fox, which averaged 9.20 million viewers and earned a score of 7.5/11 in the overnights. NBC landed in third place with a 5.3/8, marginally ahead of fourth place ABC, which earned a 5.2/8. UPN took fifth place, followed by the WB in sixth.
