CSI: Miami Wins Overnight Ratings

CSI: Miami, in combination with new show My Big Fat Greek Life helped CBS score strong overnight ratings on Monday.
'Simple Man' averaged a 12.4/20 rating, according to figures published at Zap2it. This means approximately 12.4% of American households with television sets were tuned into the show, while the episode was viewed by 20% of households watching television at the time. These figures come from overnight ratings based on the top markets, and final ratings will be available next week.
My Big Fat Greek Life, a small screen spin-off of box office smash hit 'My Big Fat Greek Wedding', made its debut at 9:30pm to ratings of 12.1/18. CSI: Miami then came first in the 10pm timeslot with its score of 12.4/20, managing to beat the NBC's Crossing Jordan on 7.7/13 and ABC's The Bachelorette.
Aided by these strong turnouts, CBS came first in the evening with 12.1/18, ahead of Fox on 9.5/14, NBC on 8.1/12, ABC on 4.3/7, the WB on 5.7/8 and finally UPN on 3.5/5.
