Entertainment Tonight recently went behind-the-scenes of CSI to get an exclusive look of the next new episode "Dog Eat Dog."

The show talked to guest star Bill Chott, who will portray Jerry Gable, a man suffering from Prader-Willi Syndrome. In this genetic disorder, the part of the brain that registers hunger doesn't work properly, prompting the individual to constantly eat. When Gable turns up dead, Grissom and the team will have to figure out if he was killed by a human being or his own disease.

"This is the kind of role I can sink my teeth into," Chott told ET. "I have been dealing with weight issues my whole life, as you can tell, and in addition to this role, where I portray someone with Prader-Willi Syndrome, I also did voice over work for an animated version of Dante's Inferno, so I am really dealing with gluttony issues this holiday season."

The role was a challenge, Chott said, as it called for him to participate in a dog eating contest, devour as much food as possible at a buffet, and even pick scraps from a trash can. "Eating out of a dumpster isn't anything I have done before, but I am willing to take a hit for CSI," he joked.
