Ratings Round-Up

The franchise went two for two last week, but the flagship show was preempted by sports coverage.
CSI: Miami won its timeslot on Monday with 13.35 million viewers and a 3.8 rating/10 share in the crucial 18-49 demographic. The new ABC show Castle came in second with 11.48 million viewers and 3.1/9. A repeat of Medium rounded out the hour with 4.30 million viewers and 1.4/4.
On Wednesday, CSI: New York came in first with 12.70 million overall viewers and 3.3/9 in the key demo. Law and Order was next with 7.07 million and 2.1/6. The cancelled series Life on Mars came in last with 5.27 million viewers and 2.0/6.
CSI: Crime Scene Investigation was preempted on Thursday while CBS aired the first round of the 2009 NCAA Basketball Tournament, which had an average of 12.26 million viewers and 3.8/10 in the key demo for the 9:00pm hour. This put it in second place behind Grey's Anatomy (14.36 million, 4.9/12).
